Reservations
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card which is valid on the day of arrival. The name on the creditcard needs to correspond with the name of the booker.
Kazerne beholds the right to authorize the first night of the reservation prior to arrival. Non-guaranteed reservations are not accepted.
When you would like to pay differently upon arrival, the amount which is already taken will be refunded to your creditcard-account.
Upon arrival, please demonstrate a valid creditcard and identity card with matching names. When one of these documents is missing or invalid, access to the hotel will be denied.
Kazerne charges a fee of 25 euro per person per night for potential costs, e.g. minibar or restaurant consumptions. The unused balance will be refunded to the creditcard account.
Kazerne does not accept cash, only payments by pin or creditcard.
Cancellations
Reservations must be cancelled or modified 48 hours prior to the check-in time (day of arrival, 2pm) to avoid the fee of the stay including tax.
Check-in
Kazerne is a small family hotel. Check-in is possible between 2pm and 6pm. Other times only after written approval.
Kazerne charges a 50-euro fee for check-ins before 2pm (only upon availability).
Check-out
Check-out is possible between 7am and 12pm. Other times only in consultation.
Kazerne charges a fee of 50 euro for check-outs after 12pm (only upon availability).
