Salad with Yogurt Dressing

Missing bar/restaurant Kazerne? Fancy some home made salad with yogurt dressing? Kazerne’s Clark žďárský shares his recipe.

INGREDIENTS

(4 PERSONS)

  • 400 gr lamb’s lettuce

  • 200 gr cherry tomatoes

  • 200 gr cucumber

  • 100 gr radish

  • 30 gr nuts of your choice

Dressing

  • 250 gr yogurt

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • 30 ml of olive oil

  • salt

  • pepper

RECIPE

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

  • Meanwhile, cut the vegetables into large pieces.

  • Chop the garlic clove for the dressing.

  • Mix the garlic clove with the ingredients for the dressing until it’s smooth.

  • Add salt and pepper to the dressing.

  • When the oven is preheated, roast the nuts in the oven for about 5 minutes.

  • Then let the nuts cool.

  • Break the nuts into smaller pieces if necessary.

  • Mix the salad, nuts and dressing in a bowl.

  • Enjoy!
