Michelle Voets-Bos is the new Maître/sommelier of restaurant Benz, next to her husband Thomas Voets. Both have worked in well-known restaurants for years, but this is the first time they work together on a daily basis. A dream come true.

Michelle will complement Chef Thomas’ vintage French dishes with both classic and modern European wines. “I like to excite guests with wines from lesser-known grape varieties and regions; undiscovered gems of the old world.” Curious what those are? Come taste them soon!
