And arrange everything down to the last details. So, you and/or your guests can enjoy a carefree experience.

the Benz: Eindhovens’ first fire brigade automobile 

The fine-dining restaurant is located in the old coach house of the former military police barracks (‘kazerne’ in Dutch) at Paradijslaan in Eindhoven. The fire brigade was located here from 1923 to 1952. Where the impressive stainless steel kitchen now stands, Eindhoven’s first motorized fire engine used to stand, affectionately called ‘D’n Benz’ by the crew. Under the leadership of founders Annemoon Geurts and Koen Rijnbeek, the coach house was transformed into an intimate, luxurious restaurant, with soft earthy colors, rich materials and leading design, with great attention to its original splendor.

In the vivid, industrial warehouse our team gives an authentic yet modern Italian touch to the menu. They serve great dishes, no-nonsense, vegetarian, with fish or meat. Prefer vegan? Gluten-free? Please inform us about your (diet)wishes and they will propose fantastic alternatives. The menu changes regularly, to make optimal use of seasonal produce. Everything is homemade.This is the hot spot where the worlds of wine, dine, design and technology come together.
