Pasta aglio e olio

Ingredients

(per person)

  • 100 g of spaghetti

  • extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 1 small red pepper

  • parsley

Recipe

  • Chop the garlic and cut the red pepper (including seeds) into thin rings.

  • Heat the oil in a pan and fry the garlic and red pepper.

  • Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.

  • Chop the parsley.

  • Add the parsley to the pan with garlic and red pepper. Pan-fry briefly.

  • Add the pasta to the garlic-pepper mixture, together with some of the pasta’s cooking water.

  • Continuously stir the pasta and parsley mixture in the pan for a few minutes before serving.

  • Buon appetito.
