Pasta aglio e olio

Ingredients

100 g of spaghetti

extra virgin olive oil

2 cloves of garlic

1 small red pepper

parsley
Recipe

Chop the garlic and cut the red pepper (including seeds) into thin rings.

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the garlic and red pepper.

Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.

Chop the parsley.

Add the parsley to the pan with garlic and red pepper. Pan-fry briefly.

Add the pasta to the garlic-pepper mixture, together with some of the pasta’s cooking water.

Continuously stir the pasta and parsley mixture in the pan for a few minutes before serving.
