Gio’s New Menu and Christmas Menu 

In bar/restaurant Kazerne, Chef Giovanni Gabana and his team add an authentic, modern Italian touch to the menu. Check the new menu here. Our favorites this time? Pappardelle with wild boar. Or Entrecote, red cabbage, mushrooms, mashed potato and jus, as shown in the picture. Nice and hearty for the cold winter days.

On 26 December, Boxing Day, Giovanni also serves a delicious Christmas Menu (4 courses, 49 euro) as from noon, for both lunch and dinner:
Millefoglie of seabass | sour cream | caviar
Flat Iron Steak tortellini | broth of poultry
Venison fillet | Madeira sauce | red fruit | mashed potato
Chocolate cake | coconut ice cream
To accompany the coffee, he suggests the Piccola pasticceria.
