Giovanni Gabana and his team have once again introduced some delicious dishes to the menu.
How about
Roasted pumpkin with ricotta and cashew nuts as anitpasti or lunch? Giovanni’s famous caramelle, filled with roasted flat iron steak in sage butter sauce? Or, also highly recommen-ded: tenderloin with madeira truffle sauce, if desired as Filetto Rossini. Ending the evening on a sweet note? Try the Torta di rose, with vanilla ice cream and crème Anglaise.
