Giovanni Gabana and his team have once again introduced some delicious new dishes to the menu.
How about
Tuna tartare with smoked eggplant as a starter or a delicious Pasta di Giovanni: risotto with langoustine and lime? Also, an absolute winner: bavette with roasted red onion, burned onion crème and potato. Ending the evening on a sweet note? Almond cremoso with white chocolate, melon and port. Buon appetito!
