300 g strawberries

1 pc lemon

1 tbs caster sugar

1 dl heavy cream

1dl mascarpone
-
1 pc vanilla bean

cremissimo balsamico

fresh sprigs of mint
Recipe

Rinse the strawberries and cut them into smaller pieces and transfer to the mixing bowl.

Chop a part of the fresh mint leaves.

Peel the zest of the lemon and press the juice out of the lemon.

Add the sugar, mint and the zest and juice from the lemon to the bowl.

Give it a mix and let it sit to marinate in its own juices in the fridge for a few hours.

Add the cream, mascarpone, and vanilla to a mixing bowl and whip until soft peaks are formed.

Serving: Add a spoonful of the cream mixture to the bottom of a plate and cover it with a good spoonful of strawberries alongside the sauce that as formed. Garnish it with a drizzle of the balsamico and finish it off with the sprigs of fresh mint on top.
