Kiki van Eijk combined her tactile signature with her technical wit to realise a delicate elm wooden cabinet with handmade brass elements, inspired on the familiar sewing box. It took four years to realize the Sewing Box Cabinet, due to the complex mechanism that hides behind the cabinet’s subtile appearance.
