In our beautifully renovated industrial warehouse and amazing courtyard in the centre of Eindhoven, many guests enjoy the authentic yet modern Italian kitchen. Here, Design, Eat, Drink, Meet and Sleep come together, with exhibitions in the restaurant including work of established and unknown designers.

Our sous chef:

  • Has a passion fort he Italian kitchen
  • Is flexible
  • Has organisational skills
  • Is responsible for the kitchen of Kazerne together with the chef
  • Has management capacities that are sufficient to guarantee quality, a motivated kitchen team and to manage the expenses.
  • Shares the ambition to build a unique and international hospitality concept
  • Enjoys a challenge
  • Has a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

As a sous chef, you work independent under supervision of the chef. You coach the team, teach them new techniques and manage the orders. On the days that the chef is absent, you carry the  responsibilty for the kitchen and communicate with the other departments. You work closely with the restaurant manager and the reservations team.

We offer a great working atmosphere in a dynamic trendsetting work environment. The working hours can be discussed, in line with our daily opening hours of 08:00 – 00:00 hr.
