Inspired by Calvino’s The Invisible City Nacho Carbonell created a lunar landscape. Facing ‘the city’ is a glass block that represents the months of the year. At regular intervals the gimmick shoots the glass block, destroying it slowly, layer by layer. In this way time, an abstract concept par excellence, becomes a tangible experience.
