Grinding, crushing and mixing waste from construction- and demolition sites in a homemade industrial blender, Tom found a way to create new materials that were both resilient and appealing. Beyond functionality, they open up a new range of beautiful and surprising forms, textures and colours.

Construction waste is ground and carefully mixed with glass powder. This mixture is then baked on a high temperature, causing the glass powder to transform into a fluid binding agent. This way, a high-end construction material is created, which can be formed into any preferred shape.
