Like every other week, there are some new dishes on our menu. As always, everything fresh and homemade. Welcome!

New on our menu:
  • Salmon marinated in beetroot, white asparagus, Burrata di Bufala, capers, oregano
  • Sweet and sour vegetable salad, horseradish cream, pumpkin seeds, amaranth *
  • Homemade spaghetti alla chitarra, ragoût of mackerel, tomato, capers, Taggian olive, basil
  • Corn fed chicken, pea, fava bean, potato, white asparagus, beech mushroom
