At the invitation of our chef Carlos Blankers, masterchef Menno Post will cook a special menu in Kazerne on Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 April. 

Menno Post started his kitchen career at the age of 16 and until recently was the chef of the Bokkendoorns ** in Overveen. Over the years, he developed his own signature - both in terms of preparation and presentation- which was rewarded with his inauguration as Master Chef in the beginning of 2017. Post tells his story with and through his dishes, for example with a special dish such as langoustine with pork belly and pumpkin-juice from licorice.

Kazernes chef Carlos Blankers will invite well-known colleagues in the coming year, similar to the guest curators who work at Kazerne on new design exhibitions.
